Returns or Exchanges
I. Return Request Period
Returns can be requested within 30 days of the date the customer signs for the goods. Orders placed after 30 days will no longer be eligible for any form of return or refund. Thank you for your understanding.
II. Refund Conditions
Goods requested for a refund must be in good condition, unused, not affecting resale, and retain their original packaging and accessories. Damage caused by the customer, obvious signs of use, or missing accessories may affect the refund approval result.
III. Refund Process
After submitting a return request and passing the review, the customer must return the goods in the specified manner. Upon receiving the returned goods and confirming that they meet the return conditions, we will immediately initiate the refund processing.
IV. Refund Arrival Time
For orders meeting the refund conditions, we will complete the refund process within 3 business days after approval and refund the money to the original payment method. The actual arrival time may be slightly delayed due to the processing time of banks or payment platforms.
V. Shipping Costs
If a return is due to product quality issues, the seller will bear the return shipping costs. If a return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect style selection, etc.), the customer will bear the shipping costs.
VI. Other Notes
To protect the rights of both parties, customers are advised to contact customer service to confirm the process and address information before returning the item to avoid refund delays due to incorrect information.
